About the Position

🩺 Permanent General Urologist
📍 Job Location: Brattleboro

✨ We’re seeking a full-time General Urologist to join a collaborative, single-site urology practice delivering comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients. This is a permanent opportunity designed for physicians who value teamwork, high-quality care, and true work–life balance.

🏥 Facility Setting

• Community-based hospital practice

• Single-site urology clinic with modern OR access

• Outpatient and surgical care in a well-supported environment

Requirements

👨‍⚕️ Practice Highlights

• Diagnose and manage common urologic conditions (kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, UTIs, and more)

• Perform surgical procedures with full perioperative support

• Provide hospital and ER consultations as needed

• Team-based model alongside an established urologist and a nurse practitioner

• Educate patients and families on treatment options and preventive care

• Participate in quality improvement and ongoing professional development

⏰ Schedule & Call

• Light call schedule: approximately 7 days per month

• Single-site coverage supports predictable workflows and balance

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

• Completion of an accredited Urology residency (U.S. or Canada)

• Active Vermont medical license (prior to start)

• Clean malpractice history

• DEA eligible
