About the Position

We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician to join an established, high-performing cancer care team in Colorado Springs, CO, with dedicated outreach to rural communities. The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and participate in coordinated, patient-centered cancer treatment programs.

This role includes approximately 6 outreach clinic days per month to rural locations (2–3 hours from Colorado Springs). Practice in a physician-led, innovation-driven environment with strong clinical support, EPIC EMR, and opportunities for quality improvement and professional growth.

Shift Timings:

• Four 10-hour day shifts per week
• Minimal to no weekend requirements
• Limited shared call coverage

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Hematology & Medical Oncology
• Active Colorado Medical License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Active DEA License (required prior to start)
• BLS Certification
• Willingness to provide rural outreach coverage
