Inpatient coverage of both sitesNumber of Physicians: 1Number of Advances Practice Providers: 0Supervision of APPs expected: NONursing Support: 1:1Medical Imaging: YesLab amp Pharmacy: YesClinic Provider Daily Volume: 10-30Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 10-15Appointment Length: consult - 40 minutes follow up - 20 minutesPatient Population: Primary Clinic - Medicare/ Medicaid/Commercial Secondary Clinical - Commercial MedicareEMR: EPICServices offered in the practice Patient assessments new treatment plans ongoing treatment plans changes in therapy referral for ancillary services end of life care chemotherapy management pain management radiation and surgical oncology management provided by existing providers with strong relationships Bill Rates Needed for Submission: MalpracticeHourlyHoliday HourlyNight Call to include 2 gratis hoursHoliday Night Call24 Hour On Call to include 4 gratis hoursHoliday 24 Hour On CallCall BackHoliday Call Back.Travel Reimbursement: Flights - 750/round trip cap to include all taxes and fees.
