About the Position

📍 Location: Monroeville, PA 15146
🩺 Specialty: Physician Assistant – Cardiothoracic & Cardiovascular Surgery (CT/CVI)
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts, 30-min lunch)
💼 Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient (Hospital + Clinic)
💰 Compensation: Competitive hourly pay

🩺 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Assist in cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgeries
✔️ Provide pre- and post-operative patient care in hospital and clinic
✔️ Participate in rounds and patient management alongside attending surgeons
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements

✔️ Board-Certified Physician Assistant – Required
✔️ Pennsylvania State License – Required
✔️ DEA Registration – Required
✔️ Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Required
✔️ Minimum relevant surgical experience preferred
