What You’ll Do

• Conduct eye exams and vision testing for correctional facility inmates
• Prescribe corrective lenses and treatments as needed
• Assist with eyewear fittings and adjustments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow facility policies and privacy regulations
• Collaborate with facility staff and healthcare team

What You Need

Required:

• Valid optometry license for West Virginia
• Relevant clinical experience in optometry
• Ability to provide care in a correctional environment

Preferred:

• Prior experience in correctional healthcare settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
