About the Position

We are seeking a Board-Certified NP or PA to join a locum emergency medicine team. This position offers flexible shifts in a busy emergency department, providing care to pediatric through geriatric patients. The role includes morning and evening shifts with direct supervision by attending physicians. You will provide high-quality patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Details:

• Shift Options: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Department: Emergency

• Patients: Pediatric to Adult (skews older/geriatric)

• ED Beds: 8, Average Daily Volume: 45 patients

• Supervision: Attending physician present at all times

• Start Date: July 31, 2026

• End Date: August 31, 2026

Requirements

• Board-Certified NCCPA (PA) or AANP (NP)

• ACLS Certification

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience.

• Active Massachusetts license prior to start

• NPDB self-query completed within the month

• Ability to respond to supervising physician within 30 minutes if needed
