About the Position

A well-established hospital-based Urology team in Massachusetts is seeking a Permanent Urology Physician to provide high-quality inpatient general urology care. The physician will work collaboratively with a team of experienced urologists to deliver comprehensive care for adult inpatients, perform hospital-based procedures, support peri-operative management, and ensure continuity of care. The practice offers a structured weekday schedule with no call and no weekend responsibilities, allowing for a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient general urology care for adult patients.

• Collaborate with a team of 5 experienced urologists and multidisciplinary staff.

• Perform hospital-based urology procedures and manage peri-operative care as needed.

• Utilize on-site diagnostic resources, including laboratory and imaging services.

• Accurately document patient encounters using Meditech EMR.

• Follow clinical protocols and quality standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Urology – Required.

• Relevant inpatient urology experience – Required.

• Active Massachusetts Medical License – Required.

• Current BLS Certification – Required.

• Clean malpractice and license history – Highly Preferred.

• Availability for permanent employment – Required.

• Must have recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days).

• Experience in General Urology is mandatory.
