About the Position

Pediatric Dentist (Locum Tenens)

Start: ASAP
End: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:45a - 5:00p. Option to add 1 OR day per month on Friday once credentialed.

Position Overview
Provide pediatric dentistry coverage in an outpatient practice setting. Typical cases may include crowns, fillings, pulpotomy, simple extractions, frenectomy, surgical extractions, endo (including molar), sealants, partials, X rays, and Invisalign.

Site Details
Approximate daily volume: 30 patients. Ages seen: 0 to 18. Support includes dental assistants, front desk staff, and hygienists.

Required Qualifications

• DMD or DDS
• Pediatric dentistry experience preferred (will consider general dentists with strong pediatric experience and interest)
• In office sedation experience required
• Orthodontics experience required
• DEA required
• Experience with Dentrix is a plus (not required)

Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided)

• Background check required (attestation accepted)
• Estimated onboarding timeline: about 2 weeks
