Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with rheumatic and autoimmune diseases in Long Island, NY. Key Responsibilities
-
Conduct outpatient consultations for patients with rheumatic and autoimmune conditions.

Diagnose and manage chronic diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, vasculitis, scleroderma, ankylosing spondylitis, and other connective tissue and musculoskeletal disorders.

Interpret laboratory findings and imaging studies related to rheumatologic conditions.

Develop individualized treatment plans including pharmacotherapy, biologics, infusion management, and lifestyle modifications.

Monitor disease progression and treatment response through ongoing follow-up care.

Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient management.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR/EHR systems.

Qualifications & Experience
-
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology (BC/BE).
-
Minimum 3 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred.

Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders.

Experience managing biologic therapies and chronic disease care.

Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
