Description
A leading healthcare system in Egg Harbor Township, NJ is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to serve as Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT). This senior role provides clinical, academic, and administrative leadership for a growing ENT division focused on innovation, minimally invasive surgery, and patient-centered care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a highly skilled ENT division and aligning operations with strategic growth goals
- Overseeing clinical care, research, and educational initiatives in collaboration with academic partners
- Delivering minimally invasive, high-quality surgical care, including use of 5 Da Vinci Xi robotic platforms
- Mentoring and leading a team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers
- Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration, including cancer care initiatives with major healthcare partners
- Ensuring robust surgical volume and guaranteed OR block time from day one
- Participating in a shared call schedule (1:4) supported by APPs and hospitalist team
- Driving innovation in clinical practices, surgical techniques, and community outreach
Note: This position is not open to new graduates, APPs, locums, 1099 contractors, visa-supported candidates, or recent fellowship-only providers.
Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology at the time of application
- Prior clinical experience beyond residency/fellowship required
- Active or eligible NJ medical license
- Valid BLS, ACLS, DEA, and CSR/CDS certifications prior to start
- Recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)
- Documentation of malpractice history and proof of COVID/Flu vaccination compliance
- Proven ability to lead surgical teams, mentor physicians, and manage complex operations
- Commitment to academic, research, and community engagement initiatives
