About the Position

A highly regarded Anesthesia team in Novi, MI is seeking experienced full-time CRNAs to provide anesthesia services across ambulatory surgery centers and hospital settings. This is an outpatient-focused role with varied day and weekend shifts, minimal call, and occasional travel to satellite locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for patients of all ages and ASA classes.
  • Perform airway management and intubations for emergent, non-emergent, and resuscitation situations.
  • Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop anesthetic plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists.
  • Manage all aspects of anesthesia care: preoperative, perioperative, and immediate postoperative.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care for all procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and continuous professional development.
  • Educate staff, patients, and families on anesthesia care and protocols.
  • Promote a healthy and respectful work environment while adhering to hospital policies and standards.
  • Maintain current knowledge of technology and evidence-based practices.

Work Environment: Operating room, ICU, ER, Radiology, and other hospital or ambulatory sites as required.

 

Requirements

  • Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
  • Completion of an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
  • Minimum 2 years CRNA work experience (excluding RN or training)
  • Active Michigan nursing and specialty licenses
  • Active BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
  • Up-to-date COVID and flu vaccinations (or willing to obtain)
  • Clean malpractice/license history
  • Most recent NPDB self-query report (within 30 days active)
  • Willingness to travel to satellite ambulatory sites when needed
  • Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates
  • Strong teamwork, flexibility, and commitment to high-quality patient care
  • Not accepting new graduates, Locums, or 1099 candidates
