About the Position
A respected multispecialty medical group in Ashtabula, Ohio is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Neurologist to join a collaborative team of 60+ employed providers. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering strong specialty support, a stable referral base, and a predominantly outpatient practice model.
Practice Overview
- Patient volume: 15–20 patients per day (non-negotiable)
- Schedule: Full-time, negotiable structure
- Call: 10 days per month
- Patient population: 100% adult
- 95% outpatient / 5% inpatient
- 0–5% trauma-based cases
- No rehab or sleep coverage (negotiable)
- Supported by 50 physicians and 10 APPs within the group
- Onsite lab and X-ray services
- Dedicated support staff including EMG tech and LPN
- Equipment: EMG
- EMR: EPIC
- Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
- Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Credentialing timeframe: 30–60 days

Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology
- Ohio medical license (or willing to obtain)
- BLS and ACLS (by time of start)
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
