About the Position
A well-established, community-based cancer program in Davenport, Iowa is seeking an additional Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology Oncology physician to join a collaborative team of 4 Oncologists and 2 Nurse Practitioners.
This accredited cancer program offers advanced technology and a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to patient care, including radiation oncology, infusion services, genetic testing, and clinical trials. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology (BE within 3 years of residency and must become BC within 1 year of employment)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology (same board eligibility requirements as above)
- Iowa and Illinois medical licenses (or willing to obtain)
- DEA (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- CSR/CDS (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days)
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Not accepting visa candidates
- Cannot accept providers with malpractice cases in probate or requiring supervision
- Clean malpractice history preferred
