About the Position

A Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist is sought to join a well-established and highly collaborative urology group in Findlay, Ohio. This full-time opportunity offers access to advanced surgical robotics, strong subspecialty support, and a balanced professional lifestyle in a thriving regional healthcare system.

The team provides comprehensive care to adults and pediatric patients, specializing in disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system using advanced diagnostic tools and minimally invasive techniques.

Practice Highlights

  • Four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots with da Vinci® Table Motion
  • Office volume averaging 20–30 patients per day
  • 1.5–2 OR days per week based on surgical volume
  • Surgical cases at main hospital, critical access hospital, and surgery center
  • Establishing prostatectomy and cystectomy programs supported by 6 referring providers
  • In-house 24-hour hospitalist service for ED admissions
  • Call no more than 1:3, very light with mostly phone consultations
  • Strong collegial subspecialty support
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Office procedures include cystoscopy (male/female), vasectomy, prostate/bladder biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, Axonics PNEs, Bulkamid, Botox injections, UroLift, and more
  • Advanced equipment including Olympus cystoscopy towers, ultrasound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, urodynamics, and nitrous

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Urology
  • Ohio medical license (or willing to obtain)
  • DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
  • Clean malpractice and license history
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
  • Must not require visa sponsorship
