About the Position
A Rheumatologist is needed to join a patient-focused outpatient practice in Findlay, OH, serving Northwest and Central Ohio. This role offers flexible scheduling options (part-time or full-time) and the support of a dedicated team, allowing physicians to balance professional and personal priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients with a diverse range of rheumatologic conditions
- 100% outpatient practice with optional inpatient consults
- Flexible schedule: 2–5 days/week; 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; Week On/Week Off schedules available
- Participate in patient care in collaboration with a full support team
- Autonomy in managing patient volumes, schedule, and practice operations
- Work in a practice that values mentorship, professional input, and leadership involvement

Requirements
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Rheumatology
- OH medical license (or willing to obtain)
- DEA license (must be obtained prior to start)
- Clean malpractice and license
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
- Candidates must not require J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship
- Submissions accepted from new graduates and experienced physicians
