About the Position

Rheumatologist is needed to join a patient-focused outpatient practice in Findlay, OH, serving Northwest and Central Ohio. This role offers flexible scheduling options (part-time or full-time) and the support of a dedicated team, allowing physicians to balance professional and personal priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care for patients with a diverse range of rheumatologic conditions
  • 100% outpatient practice with optional inpatient consults
  • Flexible schedule: 2–5 days/week; 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; Week On/Week Off schedules available
  • Participate in patient care in collaboration with a full support team
  • Autonomy in managing patient volumes, schedule, and practice operations
  • Work in a practice that values mentorship, professional input, and leadership involvement

Requirements

  • Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Rheumatology
  • OH medical license (or willing to obtain)
  • DEA license (must be obtained prior to start)
  • Clean malpractice and license
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
  • Candidates must not require J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship
  • Submissions accepted from new graduates and experienced physicians
