About the Position
A full-time Family Medicine Physician is needed to join a supportive outpatient clinic in Brattleboro, VT 05301. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient care in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine considered)
- Manage an average daily patient load of 14 patients
- Complete administrative duties, including charting, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in a 1:11 on-call phone rotation to support patient care after hours
- Contribute to the practice’s long-term succession planning and stability
- Maintain required certifications and licensure for clinical practice
- Must be able to work full-time onsite; commuting beyond 1 hour or splitting time with another position is not permitted
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine accepted)
- DEA license – required
- BLS certification – required
- Clean malpractice history – required
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) – required
- Active Vermont medical license (must be obtained prior to start)
- Candidates must be fully available for full-time outpatient practice
