About the Position

A full-time Family Medicine Physician is needed to join a supportive outpatient clinic in Brattleboro, VT 05301. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outpatient care in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine considered)
  • Manage an average daily patient load of 14 patients
  • Complete administrative duties, including charting, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in a 1:11 on-call phone rotation to support patient care after hours
  • Contribute to the practice’s long-term succession planning and stability
  • Maintain required certifications and licensure for clinical practice
  • Must be able to work full-time onsite; commuting beyond 1 hour or splitting time with another position is not permitted

 

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine accepted)
  • DEA license – required
  • BLS certification – required
  • Clean malpractice history – required
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) – required
  • Active Vermont medical license (must be obtained prior to start)
  • Candidates must be fully available for full-time outpatient practice
