About the Position

A nationally accredited cancer care program in Iowa’s Quad Cities area is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join their collaborative team. This role provides care primarily at the Davenport location, with occasional coverage at Clinton and Silvis clinics.

Position Highlights:

• Minimum 3–5 years Oncology NP experience required (RN experience not counted)
• Team-based, patient- and family-centered care
• Work alongside a team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical/non-clinical staff
• Outpatient and infusion-focused care with access to advanced treatments, radiation oncology, genetic testing, robotics-assisted surgeries, clinical trials, tumor boards, dieticians, and cancer navigators
• Collaborative environment with strong focus on leadership, wellness, and work-life balance
• Hospitalist support for inpatient care
• Travel required among Davenport, Clinton, and Silvis locations

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nursing Program – Required
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner – Required
• Iowa and Illinois NP licenses (or willing to obtain) – Required
• DEA & CSR/CDS verification (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
• Minimum 3–5 years of Oncology NP experience (non-RN) – Required
• Willingness to travel among Davenport, Clinton, and Silvis clinics – Required
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) – Required
