About the Position

An accredited, community-based cancer program in Davenport, Iowa is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology physician to join a collaborative team of 4 Oncologists and 2 Nurse Practitioners.

This physician-led medical group promotes leadership, wellness, and work-life balance while providing the autonomy to build the practice you envision within a cohesive, supportive environment.

Position Highlights:

  • Practice across Davenport and Clinton, Iowa
  • Inpatient consultations primarily at the main medical center in Davenport
  • Shared call schedule
  • Strong hospitalist team providing inpatient support

Not accepting locums candidates
Not accepting visa candidates
Cannot accept providers with malpractice cases in probate or requiring supervision
Clean malpractice history preferred

Qualifications

  • Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency and must become Board Certified within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Hematology – Required
  • Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency and must become Board Certified within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Medical Oncology – Required
  • Iowa and Illinois medical licenses (or willingness to obtain) – Required
  • DEA (or ability to obtain prior to start) – Required
  • CSR/CDA (or ability to obtain prior to start) – Required
  • Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) – Required

 

Requirements

  • Board Certified NBCRNA (by time of start) – Required
  • Active New York license (or willingness to obtain) – Required
  • Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) – Required
  • Ability to maintain all credentialing and privileging requirements
