About the Position

A well-established, mission-driven health system in New York’s Capital Region is expanding its cardiology team and seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care across multiple locations.

Position Highlights:

• Provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient cardiology services
• Hospital rounding and clinic-based patient care
• Three scheduling models available:

  • Weekend rounding only

  • Traditional hospital + clinic schedule

  • Hospital-only, shift-based role

• Outpatient responsibilities may include walk-in clinic coverage 2–3 times per month (traditional model)
• 1:5 weekend call rotation (telephone with occasional in-person coverage)
• Average 20–25 patients per 8-hour clinic day
• Hospital rounding on team managing approximately 50–60 patients daily
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary cardiology team
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Truly Board Eligible (must obtain Board Certification within 2 years of hire) – Required
• Fellowship-trained in Cardiology (completed prior to start) – Required
• Active New York medical license (or willingness to obtain) – Required
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications – Required
• DEA registration – Required
• Clean malpractice history – Required
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) – Required
• Willingness to work at multiple locations within the Capital Region – Required
