About the Position
A nationally recognized, award-winning independent health system in Northwest Ohio is seeking a passionate and flexible Outpatient Rheumatologist (MD/DO) to join its modern outpatient wellness facility. This is a rare opportunity offering true autonomy, flexible scheduling options, and exceptional work-life balance.
This position is 100% outpatient with no inpatient call responsibilities, supported by 24/7 in-house hospitalist coverage for any admission needs.
Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient rheumatology practice
- Flexible scheduling options: part-time, full-time, or week-on/week-off
- Ability to design your own schedule and select patient mix and age group

Requirements
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility, with plans to test) in Rheumatology – Required
- Active Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain) – Required
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
- Clean malpractice and licensing history – Required
- Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) – Required
