About the Position
A highly respected healthcare organization in south-central Michigan is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its growing anesthesia team. This established organization has served its community for over a century and is nationally recognized as a top workplace in healthcare.
This is an inpatient opportunity at a Level II Trauma Center, offering a supportive environment, strong autonomy, and excellent clinical diversity.
Position Highlights:
- Provide anesthesia services for infant, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams
- Inpatient setting
- Mix of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour day shifts with opportunity to transition to longer shifts if desired
- Minimal call requirements
- High degree of autonomy
- Evening shift premiums available
- EMR: EPIC

Work Environment & Requirements:
- Moderate physical activity (standing/walking 4+ hours per day, lifting up to 25 lbs)
- Exposure to blood-borne pathogens; OSHA training required
- Strict adherence to safety precautions and infection control standards
Start: ASAP (credentialing may take up to 90 days)
Experienced CRNAs, new graduates, and final-year SRNAs are encouraged to apply (pending full licensure and credentialing prior to hire).

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (final year of training) by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) – Required
- Completion of an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program – Required
- Active Michigan RN license and Specialty License (or willingness to obtain) – Required
- Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or willingness to obtain) – Required
- Up-to-date COVID and Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain by start date) – Required
- Clean malpractice and license history – Required
- DEA and CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
- Must maintain certification status
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving skills, and clinical competency across age populations
