About the Position

A thriving, independent community health system in Northwest Ohio is seeking a full-time Board-Certified or Truly Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a supportive, autonomous, and flexible ENT practice.

This is a high-demand opportunity with a wide referral base and limited local competition. The incoming physician will provide comprehensive, full-spectrum ENT care in both clinic and surgical settings.

Position Highlights:

Average 20–30 patients per day in clinic

Surgical privileges at three OR locations including hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings

Access to four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots with Table Motion technology

Collaborative environment with onsite audiology and subspecialty support (Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, and more)

Care team model with Advanced Practice Providers and hospitalist support for inpatient management

Backup call only (APPs cover primary call)

Flexibility in schedule, patient volumes, and practice patterns

Optional teaching opportunities for medical students and advanced practice trainees

Access to Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility, with plans to test) in Otolaryngology – Required
  • Active Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain) – Required
  • DEA (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
  • Clean malpractice history and license – Required
  • Not open to visa candidates
  • Not accepting locums providers
