About the Position

Primary Care Clinician (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician) | Ohio

Location: Ohio

Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Position Overview

• Outpatient primary care coverage with focus on acute visits, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
• May include occupational health and work related injury evaluation as applicable.

Clinical Scope

• Ages seen: adults and adolescents (site specific).
• Typical cases: primary care, preventive care, and acute episodic care.
• No pain management.
• EMR: Epic.

Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician with recent primary care experience.
• Active state license in Ohio.
• DEA required.
• BLS required.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
