About the Position

Position Overview

The incoming physician will provide comprehensive inpatient general urology care within a well-supported hospital setting. You will work alongside five experienced urologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to the adult patient population.

This opportunity is ideal for a physician seeking long-term stability, predictable scheduling, and practice within a collaborative community health system.

Schedule Details

• Full-time permanent position

• Day shifts: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (variable)

• No call required

• No weekend requirements

• Hospital-based practice

• Meditech EMR

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient general urology care

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of urologic conditions

• Participate in inpatient rounding and treatment planning

• Support hospital-based urology procedures and peri-operative care

• Collaborate closely with five on-site urologists and multidisciplinary teams

• Utilize onsite laboratory and imaging services for diagnostics

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation within Meditech EMR

• Maintain adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards

• Support continuity of care within the urology department

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified in Urology

• Active Massachusetts Medical License

• Active BLS Certification

• Relevant inpatient urology experience

• Experience in General Urology

• Recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)

• Clean malpractice and license history (highly preferred)

• Availability for permanent employment
