An established and highly respected endocrinology practice is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologists to join a thriving, multidisciplinary team in Albany, New York. This opportunity offers a primarily outpatient-focused role with flexibility in scheduling and strong clinical support.

Practice Highlights

• Primarily outpatient-based practice

• Limited inpatient responsibility

• On-call rotation: 1:10

  • Additional inpatient call only when inpatient providers are unavailable

• Flexible scheduling options

• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment

• Strong focus on patient education and long-term disease management

Clinical Focus

The practice provides comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of endocrine and metabolic disorders, with a strong emphasis on diabetes care.

Services and capabilities include:

• Advanced diabetes management and education

• Insulin pump and sensor data downloads

• Professional continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)

• Complication screening, prevention, and treatment

• Medication management

• Foot care and smoking cessation programs

• Onsite HbA1c testing

• Weight management and nutritional counseling

• Diabetes support groups

• Individual and group diabetes education classes

Candidate Profile

• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Endocrinology

• Board Eligible candidates must be actively working toward certification

• Experienced physicians preferred; 2025 fellows and recent graduates encouraged to apply

• Candidates with lapsed board certification will not be considered

• Permanent candidates only
