About the Position

A leading healthcare system in Albany, NY is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician to join a highly experienced team. This role provides an opportunity to deliver comprehensive care for high-risk pregnancies within a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-spectrum maternal-fetal medicine care including consultation, management, and follow-up of high-risk pregnancies
• Work in an office-based setting with rotating hospital call obligations
• Participate in a 1:3 call rotation
• Manage daily patient visits, typically 10–15 patients per day depending on visit type and call volume
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation and management
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a facility with Level III nursery, onsite lab, and ultrasound services
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of patient care and clinical excellence

Requirements

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine [REQUIRED]
• Completion of Fellowship training in Maternal Fetal Medicine [REQUIRED]
• Active NY State Medical License or willingness to obtain [REQUIRED]
• BLS and ACLS certification [REQUIRED]
• Most recent NPDB Self Query report (within 30 days) [REQUIRED]
