About the Position

A thriving Women’s Multispecialty Ambulatory Center in Northeast Philadelphia is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join a growing, collaborative team. This position offers the opportunity to provide full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care including routine and complex OB, GYN care, and surgical procedures in a modern, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Join a 4.5-FTE OB/GYN practice, expanding to include one additional full-time physician
  • Work primarily at a new ambulatory facility with potential rotation to another site based on patient volume
  • Participate in a 1:6 call rotation, including weekday 24-hour call with guaranteed post-call light administrative day
  • Provide laparoscopic procedures, D&C, and management of missed abortions
  • Utilize robotic surgical systems (Da Vinci Si and Xi) for gynecologic procedures
  • Manage a patient population composed of 80% low-risk pregnancies and perform/manage 25–30% C-sections
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team offering services such as radiation oncology, breast surgery, cardiology, PT, and OT
  • Use Meditech EMR for streamlined clinical workflow
  • Work Monday–Friday with shared weekend call responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialty-rich, integrated environment

Requirements

  • Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in OB/GYN [REQUIRED]
  • Active PA medical license or willingness to obtain [REQUIRED]
  • Experience with complicated deliveries, C-sections, and robotic surgery [REQUIRED]
  • BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) [REQUIRED]
  • DEA registration (or willingness to obtain before start) [REQUIRED]
  • Participation in a 1:6 call rotation, including weekday 24-hour call [REQUIRED]
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query report (within 30 days) [REQUIRED]
