About the Position
A well-established anesthesia practice in Ohio is seeking multiple Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a growing team. This permanent opportunity offers exceptional flexibility with self-scheduling, multiple employment models, and the ability to practice across various clinical settings.
CRNAs may choose part-time or full-time schedules and work as hospital-employed (W2) or independent (1099) providers. The practice supports a wide variety of cases, allowing providers to maintain and expand their clinical skills while enjoying a collaborative care team model.
Position highlights include:
- Self-scheduling with 8-hour or 12-hour shifts
- Part-time or full-time opportunities available
- Choice of hospital-based and surgery center locations, or a combination
- Broad case mix including ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecology, urology, low-risk obstetrics, and limited healthy pediatric cases
- Support from a full complement of medical and surgical specialties
- Care team model with equitable call distribution
- Opportunities for overtime if desired
- Strong mentorship model with one-on-one physician support for new graduates
- Permanent positions; local residency or relocation may be required
- No locums positions available
- Open to independent (1099) candidates
Requirements
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active Ohio license or willingness to obtain
- DEA required prior to start
- Clean malpractice and license history
- Interest in part-time or full-time work and preferred employment model (W2 or 1099)
- Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)
- New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply
