About the Position
Job Description
We are seeking full-time OB/GYN Hospitalist Physicians (MD/DO) for a permanent opportunity in Columbus, Ohio. This role is ideal for physicians with a passion for inpatient obstetrics, resident education, and high-risk pregnancy management in a collaborative, academic-focused environment.
Physicians will provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecologic care across multiple hospital campuses, working closely with residents and multidisciplinary care teams.

π©Ί Clinical Responsibilities
-
Provide in-house OB/GYN hospitalist coverage on Labor & Delivery units
-
Staff and supervise residents during L&D and inpatient care
-
Manage medically complex and high-risk pregnancies
-
Perform advanced obstetrical procedures and gynecologic surgeries, including hysterectomy
-
Respond to obstetrical emergencies and ensure timely, high-quality patient care
-
Participate in system-wide OB hospitalist initiatives
-
Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety efforts

Supervise and teach residents during clinical and didactic sessions

Collaborate with Graduate Medical Education teams to enhance curricula

Support a strong residency training program

Requirements

MD or DO

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology β REQUIRED
