Job Description
We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Vascular Surgeon (MD/DO) for a full-time permanent opportunity in Findlay, Ohio. This position offers a rare opportunity to establish and lead a community-based vascular surgery program while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.

2 clinic days per week

3 procedural/surgical days per week

Call: Approximately 10 night/weekend call shifts per month (no daytime call)

🩺 Clinical Responsibilities
-
Establish and lead a community-based vascular surgery program
-
Provide comprehensive vascular surgical care including:
-
Abdominal and thoracic aneurysmal disease
-
Carotid artery disease
-
Hemodialysis access
-
Peripheral vascular disease and limb salvage
-
-
Perform both open and endovascular procedures
-
Manage vascular disease using surgical, medical, and non-surgical interventions
-
Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers
-
Share call coverage with PRN vascular surgeon, vascular APP, and remote physician support
-
Work closely with cardiology, interventional radiology, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a community setting
-
Maintain strong communication with referring physicians
-
Participate in institutional and departmental service activities
-
Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment options and disease prevention
