About the Position

• Requirements: Primary Care Experience, Any active state license, DEA
• Schedule: 5 – 8-hour shifts per week

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner needed for an ongoing outpatient assignment in Louisville, Kentucky. The clinician will be required to hold an active Kentucky State license, DEA, and will have to have had recent Primary Care experience.
 

• Position: Primary Care Physician
• Compensation: $150/hr. plus travel/lodging and malpractice coverage insurance
• Job Scope: Outpatient Primary Care: Provide primary care services for approximately 12-13 patients per day (a mix of acute, new and routine assessments). 
• Location: Finger Lakes, New York
• Board Certification: IM or FM
• Start Date: ASAP pending credentialing (within 1 week of submitting documents)
• No Calls
• No Weekends
