Job Description

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist (MD/DO) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Columbus, Ohio. This role offers a dynamic blend of outpatient clinic, endoscopy procedures, and inpatient consultative services within a collaborative, patient-focused care model.

• Location: Columbus, OH

• Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time

• Practice Setting: Hospital-based practice with outpatient and inpatient components

• Call Schedule: 1:4 call rotation

🩺 Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive gastroenterology care across outpatient and inpatient settings

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures

• Deliver inpatient consultative GI services

• Manage patient care using evidence-based clinical protocols

• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary care teams

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a team-based clinical environment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development

Requirements

✅ Required Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Gastroenterology – REQUIRED

• Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED

• BLS and ACLS certifications – REQUIRED

• NPDB Self-Query report dated within 30 days of presentation – REQUIRED
