Requirements

• 🎓 Board Certified in Physiatry (PM&R)

• 🏛️ Active Iowa License or Active IMLC LOQ

• 📄 Clean Malpractice and Background

• 🗂️ Self-Query NPDB report (within the last month or 90 days)

• 🏥 Ability to round on inpatient rehabilitation patients
