About the Position

Full-time (1.0 FTE) Maternal Fetal Medicine physician opportunity in a regional care model

Provide specialized care for high-risk pregnancies and complex fetal conditions

Serve primarily one metro area with occasional travel to a secondary site as needed

Act as a key referral resource while collaborating closely with OB/GYNs, neonatologists, and other specialists

Develop and implement comprehensive, patient-centered care plans

Participate in the education and training of medical students and residents

Assigned dedicated clinical support including MA, sonographer, and additional staff at all practice locations

Shared call schedule with MFM partner/medical director; primarily phone-based with hospital visits as needed

Join a growing program with both community and residency-based clinical services

Open to experienced board-certified physicians or truly board-eligible recent graduates

Permanent position; Locums candidates not accepted

Requirements
- Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine

Board-eligible candidates must achieve board certification within two years

- Active Michigan medical license or ability to obtain
- DEA registration or eligibility
- BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Clean malpractice history strongly preferred
- NPDB self-query report required
- Candidates with lapsed board certification not eligible
