About the Position

Medical Hematologist/Oncologist needed in Redding, CA for outpatient chemotherapy and infusion services. The physician will oversee all aspects of diagnosis, staging, precision medicine, symptom management, and treatment for hematology/oncology patients. Responsibilities include MD oversight of the clinic and infusion center, collaboration with ER physicians and hospitalists for admissions, and provision of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, transfusions, hormone therapy, antibiotic therapy, rheumatoid arthritis injections, and therapeutic phlebotomies. A midlevel provider supports patient flow and orders.

Shift Timings:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology or Hematology ✅
• CA Medical License ✅
• Fellowship in relevant specialty ✅
• DEA Certification ✅
• ACLS (required if requesting Moderate Sedation Privileges; PALS if treating pediatric patients) ✅
• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days ✅
