About the Position

Seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join a busy outpatient primary care team. Providers will build and manage their own patient panel while collaborating with supporting specialties for coordinated care. The role offers excellent work-life balance, strong referral support, and opportunities for professional growth within a physician-led organization.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time outpatient clinic: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm
• Shared call coverage: 1:4 rotation

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (within 2 years of eligibility)
• Iowa medical license (or willing to obtain)
• Clean malpractice and licensing history
• Most recent NPDB Self Query report (within 30 days)
• Visa candidates (J-1 and H-1B) welcome
• Able to commence full-time outpatient practice with shared call
