About the Position

Seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in Stillwater, NY. The role involves managing chronic illnesses, performing exams and screenings, collaborating with an advanced practice provider, and participating in teaching opportunities. Physicians will also have light call responsibilities and options for hybrid/leadership roles. This is a supportive, outpatient-focused practice with opportunities for professional growth.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time, outpatient schedule
• Shared call rotation

Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
• Active NY medical license (or willing to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
• Clean malpractice and licensing history
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
