About the Position

This permanent Otolaryngology leadership opportunity in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey offers a chance to lead and grow an ENT division while continuing hands-on clinical and surgical practice. The role combines clinical excellence, surgical innovation, and administrative leadership, with a strong focus on minimally invasive techniques and patient-centered care.

You will oversee clinical, academic, and operational functions, mentor a multidisciplinary ENT team, and collaborate across specialties to enhance complex care services. The position includes guaranteed OR access, strong surgical volume, and the opportunity to shape the future direction of the ENT service line within a forward-thinking healthcare environment.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time position
• Shared call schedule (1:4)
• OR and clinic responsibilities included

Requirements

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Prior independent clinical experience beyond training
• Active New Jersey medical license or ability to obtain
• BLS and ACLS certification
• DEA and state-controlled substance registration
• Clean or acceptable malpractice history with documentation
• Current NPDB Self-Query Report
