About the Position

This permanent CRNA opportunity in Coos Bay, Oregon is part of a high-acuity Level III trauma environment supporting a broad surgical case mix. The role offers 100% independent CRNA practice in alignment with state regulations and medical staff bylaws, with strong collaboration alongside physicians and experienced anesthesia professionals.

The position includes coverage across multiple ORs, endoscopy, cath lab, and ambulatory settings, handling diverse cases excluding hearts and heads, with healthy pediatric cases included. This is a well-established, stable anesthesia team with shared call responsibilities and post-call recovery time, designed to support both autonomy and teamwork.

Shift time :

• Full-time (80 hours per pay period) or part-time (48 hours per pay period)
• Shifts assigned based on department needs
• Shared paid call with post-call day off

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active Oregon CRNA license or ability to obtain
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
• Clean malpractice history
• NPDB Self-Query Report (current)
