About the Position

This is a full-time OB/GYN opportunity in Clinton, Iowa, joining a busy and growing women’s health service line with a collaborative care model. The role includes a balanced mix of clinic, inpatient care, and operative responsibilities, supporting both routine and complex obstetric and gynecologic cases. Providers will work closely with an established FM/OB team and contribute to continued service line growth in a community-focused setting.

The position involves inpatient and outpatient care, including rounds, clinic visits, and surgical cases in the OR, with shared OB call coverage. The environment supports high-quality patient care with structured collaboration and modern clinical workflows.

Shift Timings:

• Monday–Friday, daytime schedule
• Shared OB call rotation (1:4)
• Weekend call as part of rotation

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active Iowa medical license (or ability to obtain)
• NRP certification
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification
• Clean malpractice history
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report
