About the Position

This is a full-time outpatient CRNA position in Royal Oak, Michigan, supporting an ambulatory surgery environment with a collaborative anesthesia care team. The role involves administering general, regional, and IV anesthesia across a diverse patient population, conducting pre-anesthetic evaluations, developing and executing anesthesia care plans, and managing perioperative and immediate post-operative care. Providers will work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff while maintaining accurate EPIC EMR documentation and contributing to quality and patient safety initiatives. The setting promotes a team-based, patient-focused culture with no call responsibilities.

Shift Timings:

• Mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
• No on-call requirements
• No weekend shifts

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA (AANA)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
• Active Michigan RN & CRNA licenses
• Minimum 2 years CRNA experience (post-training)
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• DEA (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• Clean malpractice and license history
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Willingness to travel to other ambulatory sites if needed
