ðĶī Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Perform comprehensive orthopedic surgical procedures, including:

Joint replacements
-
Fracture repair
-
Arthroscopy

Other general orthopedic interventions

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using both surgical and non-surgical approaches

Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams, including primary care, rehabilitation, physical therapy, and occupational therapy

Participate in a rotating on-call coverage schedule

Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical documentation
-
Communicate clearly with patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and recovery plans

Apply evidence-based practices and stay current with advancements in orthopedic surgery

Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities

Adhere to all ethical, regulatory, and hospital standards of care
