About the Position

Join a full-time outpatient Family Medicine practice in Plymouth, IN, providing care to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients, performing basic procedures, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing patient education. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while participating in teaching opportunities with Family Medicine residents. This role allows for OB optional practice and supports a highly collaborative, supportive outpatient environment.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time outpatient
• Collaborative on-call and coverage as required

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine not accepted)
• Active Indiana medical license (or willing to obtain)
• DEA license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• COVID vaccination
• Experience caring for patients of all ages
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
