Join a full-time outpatient Family Medicine practice in Brattleboro, VT, providing care to adult and pediatric patients. Manage an average daily patient load of 14 while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment. Shift Timings:

• Full-time, outpatient practice
• On-call phone rotation (1:11)

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine accepted)
• Active Vermont medical license (or willing to obtain)
• DEA license
• BLS certification
• Clean malpractice history
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
