About the Position

An exciting opportunity is available for a Board-Certified NP or PA in Oncology to join a collaborative and growing oncology service line on the Southern Oregon Coast. This full-time, day-shift role provides a balance of outpatient care with occasional inpatient consults and involves working alongside experienced oncologists and a high-caliber nurse infusion team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care in oncology outpatient settings with occasional inpatient consults
  • Participate in chemotherapy, radiation therapy, clinical trials, and cancer support services
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including oncologists, nurses, and support staff
  • Function as a clinical care team member, performing tasks consistent with your training and licensure
  • Support patient care with exceptional clinical judgment, critical thinking, and compassionate communication
  • Maintain effective use of EPIC and other software systems
  • Contribute to a professional, team-oriented, and patient-focused environment

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, four 10-hour day shifts
  • Paid call shared equally
  • No nights or weekends

Requirements

  • Board-Certified NP or PA
  • AONCP certification (for NP candidates) or PA oncology subspecialty/additional oncology training preferred
  • Active or eligible Oregon license
  • Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient oncology care highly preferred
  • Clean malpractice history and NPDB self-query report within 30 days
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the local area
