About the Position

A Hematology/Oncology Physician is needed in Fort Collins, CO to provide comprehensive cancer and hematology care for patients with leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and other hematologic disorders. The role involves direct patient care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, participation in clinical research, and utilizing EPIC EMR. The physician will offer consultations, second opinions, and disease-specific care, working in a supportive, innovative environment with minimal call responsibility.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time, minimal call shared with a large clinical team

Requirements

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Active Colorado medical license (or willingness to obtain)
• DEA registration prior to start
• Clean malpractice/license history
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
