About the Position

A high-acuity Trauma and Acute Care Surgery team in Loveland, CO is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join as a full-time Nocturnist. The NP will manage trauma and emergency general surgery patients, assist surgeons with procedures, and deliver comprehensive overnight surgical care. The role involves autonomous practice, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining Epic EMR documentation, with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time overnight coverage, 7P–7A

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP program
• NP certification (ANCC or AANPCB)
• Unrestricted Colorado NP license
• Eligible for DEA and Medicare/Medicaid provider status
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of trauma surgery experience or completion of a surgical fellowship preferred
• Clean malpractice/license history
