Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon

• Active California medical license

• Completion of ACGME or AOA-accredited residency

• Actively practicing surgeon (not straight out of residency)

• Clean malpractice and credentialing history

• Recent clinical experience required
