• Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm schedule
• 75% clinical and 25% administrative duties
• Shared phone call schedule among group
• Leadership role managing primary care providers
• Onsite services include digital X-ray, ultrasound, and stress tests
• Board-certified physician required
