• Monday - Friday schedule with 7:30 am - 5 pm hours
• Clinical Director role with leadership responsibilities
• Shared phone call schedule among group
• Comprehensive onsite services including X-ray and ultrasound
• Board-certified Internal Medicine with Geriatrics required
